Daniel Rakete Siegel & Denis Moschitto
Born in 1980, Daniel Rakete Siegel studied first Japanese, philosophy, and German literature, then film directing at the Cologne International Film School. He worked as director and writer for the German government, but also co-wrote and directed the Web series Jabhook (2008) and the TV series Im Knast (2016).
Born in 1977, Denis Moschitto acted in various television productions, before having his first cinema role in Rolf Schübel’s Gloomy Sunday (1999). He then became a popular actor in Germany, acting in films such as Ozgür Yildirim’s Chiko (2008) and Fatih Akin’s In the Fade (2017). He directed Shock with Daniel Rakete Siegel, their feature debut.
