Oskars Rupenheits

Born in Riga, Latvia, Oskars Rupenheits won the National Film Award for his graduation film before continuing his studies at the London Film School. He went on to direct several widely popular short comedies and crime films. In 2018, his debut feature, police comedy The Foundation of Criminal Excellence, became Latvia’s most successful film of the year. Red Code Blue is his second film.
